I mean I paid money for a book to help me with my strength training and have no idea what a pound or an ounce is. The rest of the world uses the metric system so why can this book also not incorporate it? I got fed up with trying to convert everything into the metric system and don't really know why I should have to. Everything in the book is in pound, ounces etc. Actually worse than that, my email address was put onto his mailing list and I am being sent regular product offers from the authors shop.

I have written 4 times to the author over the last year and have yet to receive any answer to any of my questions. The author writes pretty much straight away that the reader can write him a mail and he will answer immediately any questions or issues you may have. I did learn one or two things, but nothing I could not have found myself fairly easily online. There are good tips here for sure, but nothing really new. AND IT DOESNT EVEN HIDE IT! If you study marketing and want endless hours and pages of ads or if you are rich and just like to spend money on useless things: this is for you.
